Growing up, I learned that the kitchen was the heart of the home. Some of my favorite childhood memories were made during the holidays and family celebrations—flour dusting the counters, music playing, and the smell of fresh-baked treats filling the house. Those moments taught me that baking is about so much more than food; it's about bringing people together and creating lasting memories.

Today, those same traditions inspire everything I create, with a sourdough twist.

As a special education teacher with a background in culinary school, I bring both heart and skill to every recipe. My passion for baking comes from the family traditions I grew up with, and today I'm inspired by my own family—especially my daughter. One of my greatest hopes is to pass down the joy of baking to her, just as it was passed down to me, creating memories we'll cherish together for years to come.

While I'm the one behind the recipes and baking, my husband is an essential part of the business. From helping behind the scenes to setting up at farmers markets and community events, he's always there to lend a hand and support this dream every step of the way. Together, we're proud to share something we've built as a family.

Whether it's artisan sourdough bread, cookies, pastries, or seasonal favorites, everything I bake is made with care, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of love. My hope is simple: to share the warmth, comfort, and connection that baking has always brought to my family with yours.
