Our handcrafted sourdough bagels are slow-fermented for rich flavor, perfectly chewy texture, and a golden, bakery-style finish. Each batch is made from scratch and baked fresh for your order.
Custom bagels are sold in packs of 6 per flavor. You’re welcome to choose multiple flavors, with a minimum of 6 bagels per type.
To ensure the highest quality and proper fermentation time, all custom bagel orders require at least 5 days’ advance notice.
